Several features and accessories now offered with the M-Series are the results of end-user improvement suggestions. To achieve continuous improvement goals, we run an up-to-date Research & Development department where innovation is a daily commitment.

Thierry Lachapelle
Director of Marketing Thierry Lachapelle is holder of a Bachelor in Finance from HEC Montreal and a Masters degree in Marketing. He joined Hydro Mobile's team as a marketing analyst in 2001. Specialized in market analysis and distribution strategy, he also worked at organizing trade shows and developping advertising campaign. Since September 2003, he was nominated marketing and customer service director. At this position, he works at strenghtening Hydro Mobile's position on the market and at developping strategies to conquer new markets.
