Several features and accessories now offered with the M-Series are the results of end-user improvement suggestions. To achieve continuous improvement goals, we run an up-to-date Research & Development department where innovation is a daily commitment.

Josée Grilli
Director of Human Resources
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from the University of Quebec in Montreal, Josée Grilli is also member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines et en relations industrielles agréés du Québec (Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Industrial Relations Counsellor Ordre). She joined the Hydro Mobile team in 1998 as Coordinator of Human Resources and presently holds the position of Director of Human Resources. To her credit she has put into operation the Human Resources department and its services and has elaborated the different policies and procedures related to the management of the department. Furthermore, in order to permit the company to confront the challenges created by its expansion, Josée had to build a team of personnel at the management level, administrative level, and production level as well. Josée Grilli knew how to recruit qualified personnel whom would permit the company to achieve its strategic objectives and continue its expansion.
