When I first saw the Hydro Mobile down in Vegas I was extremely impressed with it's size, but at the time I had been running high-rises for about 10 years and felt I would have no use for such a large machine. I never gave it much thought until Pat contacted us a few months later. I happened to be running an 8 story brick building at the time and said I would give it a try. I had already had one side built with scaffold. I worked with Pat setting up units and spent a couple of hours training. After it was ready to go and I felt confident running the units Pat still stayed for another day to make sure I felt good about it.

Well, after listening to Pat I could tell how much he believed in it (which to be honest it is what really sold me). After a few days I realized how relaxed I was. For one I didn't have to worry about the safety of my labourers; raising decks, loading scaffold, setting up safety lines etc. I usually had the safety office constantly watching over me and I was always worrying about WCB. That all changed after nobody could find anything wrong with it. Even the bricklayers attitudes have changed. They never had to change areas and they were always working at the perfect height. With 6' arch frames I could rarely make them all happy. The walls were going up at least 1/3 faster. Since then I haven't stop bragging and hounding my employers to continue to use the Hydro Mobile and so far it's working. I personally would like to thank Pat for making my life a lot easier. With all the new WCB Regs i fell this system is the way to make money and run a job.
